she gently floats from room to room through walls to walls i watch in facination as she seems to just go through she is a gentle soul and i really dont mind sharing at all but her sadness makes me cry her sadness for eternity to me she is lady gray who floats eternally
her history i do not know where shes from there is a special feeling between us a bonding she tries to guide me protect me she is my guardian sometimes when she looks at me the tears will flow to me she is lady gray who floats eternally
i never know where she will show up but she always does im finding i dont feel as lonely anymore i feel complete sometimes at night ill awaken she just floats by her appearance now soothes me everythin is ok now to me she is lady gray who floates eternally
she has become a part of me my nights are full again i am no longer lonely she watches over me every night all the pain and misery has somehow floated away how she did it i do not know but i am comforted to me she is lady gray who floats eternally

A very tender and heartfelt poem, methinks, of a kind but sad spirit watching over a lonely soul. I love the image and the feel of this poem..it is quite well thought out indeed. But in my opinion the lines and flow needs work for a poem like this is supposed to be like the evening breeze that gently descends upon our consciousness. It brushes on us with a gentle touch. As such the rhythm and flow should be as lilting as the breeze. You may consider to change the word use and arrangement a bit to reflect this. But as I said, these are just opinions. As it is , it is quite a nice write on its own. |
