As I close my eyes,
I can see our past.
Our smiles, our tears, our fights.
As I close my eyes,
I can see our future.
Our wedding, our first child, our happiness.
As I close my eyes,
I can see my lonely nights, my phone calls you never answered, my fear of someone else.
As I close my eyes,
I can see the other woman.
The woman who broke our closeness.
The woman who took away my dreams.
The woman who took my life away.
As I close my eyes,
I wonder what she gave you that I could not.
I wonder what she does for you that I can't.
I wonder what I really am to you.
