One girl thought of wat she had become,
Never trusting anyone
She sat alone and thought things through
But nothing she thought of ever came true
Her eyes closed off her head a mess
No matter wat she could not rest
When she tried to speak her lips were sewn
Noone noticed the unknown
They called her fragile,delicate and broke
But noone sees her when she chokes
On troubled times inside her mind
Silent whispers still unkind
The roads ahead still are dead
As the film strip plays inside her head
She screams for help but can't be found
Her eyes always pointed to the ground
Where she sees herself just like a stone
Sitting silently all alone
Time rolls by she's still the same
Still fighting with her brain
INSANE

I really like this poem and unlike some others i actually get it
Its scary the similarities i can draw from it n relate to my own life.
You really jus like showed how terrible the difference can be between wat people see n expect n how many poeple jus struggle for help
