Its still dark,
600hrs Monday morning
I peeped out from the window of my 12th floor apartment
There was a mellow stillness in the air
I sensed a heartstopping delirium
Indescribable dense-mystical-nocturnal feeling
Nevertheless the cool dawn mist greets me with a mushy kiss
Ive got my tranquility now,
The morning has arrived on the midnight train
Roosters crow cracks the sunrise silence
Pie-dogs barking with echoes on the streets
Morning prayers wails from the loudspeakers
A babys cry in an apartment down below
A distant thunder cracks in the horizon
A little drizzle washes away the morning dew,
I shudder in the cool room
Someones making coffee
Sweet aroma of a Columbian Brew
Honey, Ive got go now
I whispered I kissed her
