Blackest of fur, she pads through the forest green. Her howl is eerie as it penetrates the night beneath the new Moon. There are no others in sight, only her prey
and the one who heeds her call the raven knight.
There on the hill he is found, sitting upon his steed unmoving. Black armour sleek and silent, the raven wolf stares back. Her pale yellow eyes penetrating and then she howls once more.
He is upon the prey without hesitation, silently moving towards his destination and the prey in question.
All the while, from the skies above, a raven circles to watch the damage below.
