Blind Perfection

Contributed by eternalnight4x on Tuesday, 11th January 2005 @ 06:35:10 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Feeling faint
A dizzy haze
Imperfect sight
Self-inflict fight
Mirror shattered
Dreams are battered
Ugly outside
Empty inside
Wont consume
Habits resume
Skin and bones
Ribs are shown
Skin stained red
Problems bled
Flesh is marred
Heart is scarred
Paling skin
Nothing within
Hollowed eyes
Truth denied
Growing weak
Cannot speak
Starving life
Filled with strife
Imperfect soul
Hearts a hole
Will not stop
Until on top
With blind perfection
An immense deception
Self forgotten
Life forgotten
Lost the way
Fade away
Skin stained red
Problem bled
Skin and bones
Ribs are shown
