I am feeling helpless.
I wonder if Heavens all its cracked up to be.
I hear that which cannot be put into words, yet cannot remain silent.
I see someone who is lost and alone, but refuses to admit it.
I want to tell my truest friend how shes changed my life.
I am feeling helpless.
I pretend that I can handle situations when, in reality, I cant.
I believe that friendships are like glass. Some smudge. Others crack. And a few shatter completely.
I touch hearts of those who allow me, but its often a disappointing number.
I worry that in Gods eyes, every mistake is a permanent stain.
I cry little, but need to realize that its ok to show your emotions.
I am feeling helpless.
I understand life is unfair.
I say I am fine, when Im not.
I dream of a life without pain.
I hope that one day I will be thankful for difficult times. Because its during those times you grow.
I am feeling helpless.

| its okay to feel helpless because most things we feel helpless about we cant control or we dont need help with at all. i like that glass analogy in this. |
