I keep walking this lonely road
Searching for an answer
Im one step closer to nowhere
And Im starting to give in
Theres things youre not supposed to know
But you still try to discover
It all ends the same
A lasting pain and torment
This isnt the yellow brick road
And Im not singing a merry tune
Im digging my hole deeper
Into a life unknown
And I start to wonder
If I died this instant
Would anyone miss me
Would anyone cry?
Theres those that say they love me
Im their natural high
They pretend they need me, making me believe
But people are known to lie
