When you are in this kind of darkness
You can not be anything other then hapless
Trapped in the place that has no light
You can't feel yourself standing upright
You're never in the spotlight
Always thrown to the side
Hate wells up inside you
Can't fight for your right.
It makes you feel worse
It feels like a curse
Always where no one can see
Your thoughts never free
They can't see you cry
Do they think you're just shy?
Wish you could shine
You can do nothing but pine
You can't be like them
It's like your condemned
Forever alone
To always be unknown
To be trapped forever
But never say never
Maybe someday you will find your way out
When that day comes, give me a shout
