why do i wish for the occurances
of events that will never come true
why do i wish that maybe one day
i could possibly be with you
why do i reach for goals
that are far above my reach
why do i forget every ******* thing
that my past has tried to teach
why do i constantly fake smiles
when i'm always ******* sad
why do i never cry away my pains
to take back all i've had
why do i always choke on my words
when i try to tell you how i feel
why do i pay no attention to me
when these feelings could be real
