Abyss
Down down down
I was there
Felt I would drown
In my sorrow where
Your heart and soul are bared
There is no rest
Scared
Your lifes hardest test
Dark dark dark
The feeling of no one
to help there is no ark
Deeper blacker than dark
Lord send a spark of light
I lost all I had I feel fright
This devilish plight
It's always night
I cannot explain
I feel so drained
Lord I know for us You died a death of terrible pain
Why
IT's so dark
How did I lack
Father come to me
The devil he's on my back
Come down off that tree
Many wrongs have I done
Father help me please
Am I not your son
I'm pleading on my knees
I then from this hole
This abyss
A spark a little glow
A light I see not bright but less
Moist eyes You heard my cries
Within the nembous of my tears I see Your cross
Now I come to understand the wise
Lord take my hand I am not lost
