i think of you my dear
as i supress the tears
i know that you are no longer going
the tears are now flowing
i know that you know
no matter where i go
you stay fresh in my mind
you left me behind
your like salt on the open wound
my heart is an enclosed tomb
i think of you every day
and covered in hay
covered in blood you lay
no longer here to stay
you loved me so
you were so happy, and your eyes glowed
so much secrets it did not show
mine now filled with tears
as i think of you, my dear
