Fall Away - by J. Samuelson 2001 03/29
Tainted thoughts and fantasies Always dreamed, realities Painted pictures in my head Real words from my heart, unsaid.
Muffled cries, confusion grows Feeling what nobody knows Reserved condition, fatal fear Uncertain shifting, always here.
Wanting, needing, hoping for Life to become something more Waiting, fading, never sure Could it ever be with her?
Dizzy and spinning in the dark Trying to create a spark Leave a clue, but not too much Craving just to feel her touch.
Words unspoken, better kept Hope the actions, show whats left Cannot push it, let it flow Patience is, the way I know.
Grip the dream, and pray for more Never let on, like before Take it easy, Fall Away Just another rainy day.
Pouring down, dont give up yet Give it time, do not forget She is here, yet still so far I keep on wishing on that star.
Maybe let it Fall Away Should it maybe be this way? Let it go, dont get too far Its become, a shooting star.
Fall Away, and safe within Stop the pain, and not begin Avoid the void, inside my heart Still Fall Away, let wonder part.
No more need to question fate Give in now, its not too late Save myself, for another day Until then pray, to Fall Away.

Words refletive of the sadness of a wanton heart.
