I look at my life and see the pain
It is night time and just rained
There's the bottle of sleeping pills
I Adore the way they take me to sleep
Gently carry me to the land of dreams
a place inwich there is no pain
it's invigerating to forget it all
one or two would send me away
but today my mind is busy sorting through you
wondering if you ever cared
i already took two but i'm yet to fly
so i took four more, but you still linger
the bottle is empty,you are gone
i begin to cry knowing i shall not wake
i will fly and smile forever...
forever will i now remember you
unable to remember the sorrow
remembering how your the one who drove me here
here to my empty bottle of sleeping pills

| This poem reminds me of how I felt last year... I took only half a bottle of sleeping pills and all that happened was I woke up with a really bad headache... I tried to die, it did not work.. I like your poem as it brings back those memories so well... |

| sleeping pills suck i just try to stay awake till i can't any more the all i think about is sleep cuz goin to bed to dream is nightmarish lol anyway good write |
