Forgive me I have come to plead
The inconsideration of my need
I can explain the reason why
If you could listen and please not cry
You see I felt deep in my heart
The love we shared had grown apart
What once was bright now seemed so dim
I felt no passion deep within
I could no longer quench your thirst
Sate the hunger you showed at first
Spark the flame to your desire
The magic gone our time expired
Then when I could take no more
The want that I could not ignore
Came and held me in its arms
Weakened me with all its charms
Told me all I longed to hear
Comforted me and held me near
Although I cried I went along
I did what I had known was wrong
But when it ended and I was through
The one I wanted was only you
You are the one my heart beats for
The only one that I adore
And now I come to beg to plead
That forgive my senseless need
