Life is like a merry-go-round
just keeps spinning in circles everyday is the same

No matter what i do everything is the same
On the outside i look joyfull and happy
but on the inside im hurting and confused


Hurting cause my family cant trust me
Confused about what to do with my life


People keep askin me what i want to do with my life
Be a mechanic i say but is that really what i want

Seems someone spun my merry-go-round to fast
my life has flashed before me
Could some one please slow it down

I wanna be 16 forever
