Today...
Honestly I don't know what today is or was...
I was just there, doing my job
doing what I was told
and in the back of my mind I just wanted to dissappear
be done away with
like the wrapper on a piece of candy
ripped open
crumbled and tossed to the side
like I was nothing
Life's sweet tooth just tore through me
taking out my inner
my sweet, my sugars
my sanity, my all
with my empty shell
floating on a cold dead breeze...
I've never seen a heart
so frosted and cracked as mine.
