i loved her
and im sure she loved me
but i never did tell her
i never did see
how much better it wold be
if she were mine
and i could hold her
and i could love her
oh how i wish i would have told her
i could never have gotten old of her
but one day
she went away
but she didnt tell me
that she couldnt stay
she just went away
and we never again met
but some day we will again
if time will allow the moment to set
but i can bet
that we will someday meet again
and i could tell her
what i didnt tell her then
and we will be together again
