As the sun sets in the western sky
This day ends with peace
and love as it's friend
Dusk falls across the land
Pink
purple
red and orange
Light the sky as the sun slowly
Sink beneath the sea
As it slowly fades out of sight
The new moon begins its great flight
Just like the new sun of a new day
The new moon travels a similar path
through the heavens as it crosses
The land
As with the sun the moon sheds
Its light and love to everyone.
It brings a sense of hope
To the night
It lightens the path
It guides the way to a brighter new
Day.
Full of peace,
Full of love,
Full of hope,
Full of joy.
Let all nights and all days
bring these things
to your
Soul.

excellent! i was in the mood for a happy poem :). I really liked this poem a lot,
"As with the sun the moon sheds
It's light and love to everyone."
I really liked those lines
