I have already lost you,
There is nothing left to loose.
You say it's not like that,
But I know that is the truth.
Things will change;
I don't know for good or for worse,
It's as if I have got a curse
I have tried to see the light in what you've said,
But I can see only darkness in the path that you have set.

great write.i know how u feel,ur whole world falls apart when u loose him,but dont loose hopes,ever.i went throught the same,and still have the cut open.t/c.

Great use in repetition..driving the point home, creating the bridge to the feeling. I love that technique when one bit says it all so clearly.
However, I must say, no matter how bad it seems..there is always something more to lose. Thanks for sharing, and good luck in dealing with your loss. |

I know what you mean with this poem, i can so well relate to what your going thru.
This poem brought back so many memories its hard to deal with sometimes. But non the less i loved your poem.
