You said you were my friend
but someone needs to remind you
what that is again
Cuz a real friend
Wouldn't have treated our friendship this way
doin stuff behind my back
and actin like everything's okay
I neva woulda thought
That it would be you
I guess I shoulda known
That for you any nigga would do
I shoulda known all along
That you and me didn't belong
Together as friends
Not now or 'til the end
If only you woulda realized
How much you were givin' up for a guy
A friend that was true
I was supposed to be like a sister to you
But what sister would do this stuff
Pick a dude ova me cuz you needed a boo
I hope that you're happy
cuz he cost you alot
but truthfully I don't care
If you're happy or not
I'm gonna erase you from my memory
cuz the last thing I need to see
Is you and him
I hope you're happy
without me in your life
and with the nigga who once said
He was gonna make me his wife

Wow...crazy twist at the end.
I can relate though, as one of my friends always chooses a guy over me, and does so because of the fact that I'll always be there for her no matter what. |
