the window rolls down the cigarette burns out i'll never be able to hold that again. it was october weather i needed a nap and a steamy shower i hope i'll never smell like that again. but as the last band played even the night wavered in your favor all i wanted was to be near you. every breath was held until you cracked that smile from hell i hate to think i'll never see it again. hands down, im on the ground i bet i looked like a fool every drink, every minute man, i must have been wrapped up in it so who could of loved me when i was like that? now there i was in your car gandering bad thoughts in spontanous circles you kept saying you were hungry i kept thinking it was all the same even though it was only that, then i would sacrafice, your call, to have it now every indent on both of our hands fit so well when cradled together
months have gone on here i am still undone what was so different about you? i need to move on just let me drive home or take the gun and shoot before i do

Wow, thats sad and really emotionally loaded. I loved the repeated 'I'll never....again' and how things just flowed. It was great. |
