A Freudian slip
from a frenzied mind
A disaster
waiting to happen
Lingering fears and doubts
Contradicting myself
A bubble of hysteria rising in my throat
At the leading edge of insanity
Out of control
About to break
Abandoned myself to damnation
Cast down
Not a cat in hell's change to prevail
In the eye of the storm
Under the influence
In a pit of disaster
Rolling with the punches
Thinking myself
into an early grave
