I Don't Understand

I dont understand

I dont understand these feelings I have.
I dont understand what it is I want.
I dont understand how the human heart works.
And I dont understand where are your pain lurks.
I dont understand what it is you cant see.
I dont understand why we cant just let it be.
It makes me distraught to know that you dont feel you deserve the world and everything in it
What I do understand is these feelings I have and what I want is completely legit.
I want nothing more than to look into your eyes, to hold you in my arms, to make you realize, that as long as I am here you will never be in any harm.
All I want is to give you all I can, and that I know is more then any other man.
But you just cant see that or its too hard for you to believe.
And your lack of trust and faith in me, is the reason why this relationship can never be conceived
