Darkness can't be heard
Darkness can be seen
outside of your house
and in your dreams
when nighttime drops over the town of yours
darkness fills the air
that, you can be sure
not a single soul anywhere
And in your dreams
darkness is there
in your sleep
everywhere
when you close the door darkness is there
when you close your eyes darkness is near
