Like the gentle kiss of dew,
a blissful morning's peace,
the rose is my enchanted star.
The moon's waterfalls,
pouring petals like rain,
the souls of nature's passion.
The betrayed sword,
is a dangerous thorn,
promised a sacrificial fate.
Disguised dreams of crimson,
tiny roses in our mind,
blooming in tender tears.
Earth's oldest river,
the elders vengeance,
mingling in our aged universe.
Piercing thorns of greed,
tender petals of love,
pungeant scent of the earth.
Sweet delicate roses,
perfect angelic tears of crimson.

I love roses also and this is a beautiful poem I cant even pick a part of it thats my favorite because each line flows to the next so peacefully left me with a calm nice feeling after reading it

| I had to come back..because I had a senior moment..i'm a Dallas Cowboy fan..but back a looooong time ago when Rodger Stauback was their star quarterback..and that line..blooming in tender tears? Well, that's a completed Stauback pass.. and that's really, really good...thanks for letting me talk again.. |
