i cry at the pain and loneliness shared by all
we know what no other can who do not share
our walk is on a tightrope between here and there
one wrong step and we all fall into oblivion
where do we go from here do we ever leave
to live in this world of alzheimers test our sanity
we begin to wonder what is real and what isnt
our life is filled with anxiety fear and loneliness
we live life in isolation no one come to us anymore
where do do go from here do we ever leave
is there any hope is there any excape does anyone care
it amazes me how everyone has an excuse why
but i cant leave im bound to them by my heart
please someone care about our needs were lonely
where do we go from here do we ever leave
weve come the full hilt here they are gone
but we cant leave the life we had were stuck
all the others in our hearts who share our fears
theyre still here we cant leave them they need us
where do we go from here do we ever leave
