Please listen to me
I didn't mean to hurt you
Please don't hate me
I am so sorry for the things that I did
Please come on back
Stop travelin' afar
and come home
The world is cruel and unforgiving
And this I know
Please come back home
To me
I cry when I lie in our bed
Now empty on one side
The tears come uninvited
I long to feel your warmth
I long to kiss your face
Please come back to me
I'm nothing without you
The house is the same as you left it,
Trashed from your anger
The hole in the wall is still there
The curtain still ripped
Much like my heart
I am sorry, please come back
To me...
