A gentle breeze,
plays across my face,
I turn my head east,
to face the lake.
As the birds soar,
into yonder sky,
I count to four,
and I wonder why.
Among the clouds,
I see his face,
a bell tolls loud,
in a familiar space.
I look around,
and see him there,
upon the ground,
my darling Bear.
I miss his eyes,
his gentle smile,
but in the skies,
he'll linger, just for a while.
