It's all my fault, I let you die
something inside told me to stay
my mind is tormenting me in ways I can't deny
because I let you slip so far away
Why couldn't I save you from your grave
why couldn't I get up to see what was wrong
the emptiness you left me is an endless cave
that's been tricks on me all along
people say i'm not to blame
and that it was your time to go...no it's a lie
because sometimes I can't remember your name
and in a way it's like I just let you die
