Day by day, hour by hour
I count down
To the next time I can see your face,
Feel your touch,
Hear the sweet words come out of your mouth.
I have waited so long
Deep in my heart I know it's worth it.
All the tears of loneliness fill the payment of your presence.
How I miss you.
It's almost undescribable how I've yearned to be in your arms,
Safe and secure.
When you return,
I know it will be difficult to part again.
I guess that's the price for true love.
