I thought I reached a heart breaks core
But the pain Im feeling is like never before
I dont understand how this can be
Because you werent even ever with me
But mentally and emotionally were so there
Being only friends is something I cant bare
Why cant you feel the way I feel?
But I guess that was never part of the deal
There are so many things that remind me of you
Im at a point where I dont know what to do
Again I find myself crying every night
My heart and mind do nothing but fight
No matter the situation my heart prevails
Because its you I dont ever want to fail
But Im so confused and dont know too much
Except that Im dying waiting for your touch
I wish I was stronger and not so weak
Because if I was we wouldnt even speak
Wait, we did try that once before
And thats when my heart felt like it actually tore
I have, never, ever, felt like this
But being with you is complete and utter bliss
Sometimes I wish it was you I never met
But I know thats something Id definitely regret
There are a few words I want to say to you
Youve got me at the point where I just hate you
Whos gonna mend my broken heart?
Oh damn, this is the worst part
What if my heart never heals?
Why was it MY heart you had to steal?
This is definitely an experience Ill always remember
Especially during the month of September
No matter the circumstance Ill always be here for you
Oh and by the way, I do love you

Well this poem is wonderfuly written. Its absolutely amazing. You take each section into the this now then that which is what keeps it flowing so easily. Then you add...my heart and mind do nothing but fight, which I thought was a wonderful way of saying I do but I dont.
