Do You Remember?

Do you remember the times,
when we did everything together,
when we depended on each other.
Do you remember the times,
when we laughed at something
that wasn't even funny.
Do you remember the times,
when we tried to hide
our tears from each other,
pretending we were strong.
Do you remember the times,
when we shared every secret.
Nothing could come between us.
Do you remember the times,
when you or I got hurt
we felt each others pain.
Your tears were my tears
and mine were yours.
Do you remember the times,
when we'd argue and fight
and swear never to talk to each other again.
But 5 minutes wouldnt pass
and we'd be best friends again.
As we got older, we grew apart.
We've taken our separate roads.
There were no tears, no good byes, no farewells.
I guess we always knew we'd remember each
other in our hearts forever and always.
I still wonder if I'll ever see you again,
Will you remember?
