How could this happen it was such a hit
He hurt you so much but you just wont quit
I got these feelings all for you
I guess i'm stuck being number 2
To a guy who broke your heart
What a way for it to start
I'm your best friend when you are lonely
I want to be your one and only
There are times when it seems to be
But friendship in your eyes is all i see
You may change your mind one day
Like a dog i feel so stray
Even though you can't be mine
As friends will you be my valentine
