Love Potion 999
I went to go to bed last night
seeking black lace and arsenic dreams
but what to my astounding fright
things weren't as they hellishly seem
my body was missing the ache
I felt something flutter inside
was this feeling delusionally fake
where could my pain go hide?
It bacame worse as time went on
this toastyness in my body,
all of my hate was gone...
no desire to be naughty!
I ran to the mirror to see
my face was no longer pale,
oh god Lucifer could it be
my heart no longer stale?
It is a crazy notion
me, feeling emotion
must've been love potion
love potion 999
He did his voodoo spell
then pricked me with the mix
and into his arms I fell
sneaky Ghosty tricks!
I am huanted by his peircing eyes
burning right through the me
passionate, our midninght cries
his love, plunging so deeply...
Now I utter "Valentine?
Baby, will you be mine?"
even though it's the 999
you make me burn like terpentine!
Feel the pulsing oh so deep
you my heart forever may keep
even when the reeper reeps,
and over us death does creep
not an ounce of my love will seep
from your control.
It is a crazy notion
