A fiddles, it plays, a joyous note. Smiles spread, making their day, and they gloat. A baby cries, the mother sighs, and reaches into her coat. Children mess around, playing in a town, with an imaginary mote. All of this because, of a simple fiddle's note.

umm, what's a 'mote' in these children's imagination?
a particle, or speck?
Or is it just 'moat' mis-spelled? This poem is in ruin.
But thanks for sharing it. |
