A sigh wells
from deep within
As in my heart
a love recalled
the world was ours
for we were young
and in love
But in truth
as I think back in time
I find
that the only thing that last

You said so much here, with so few words--- something I'm usually not able to do. I'm always impressed when I happen upon a shorter write that has impact.... and this, is definitely one of those.
