Is time making me squirm? As if a a ten year old explorer, Tossed salt on a worm. Maybe I need to take another look. This era is testing my patience; My face is red, look!
My eye brows are high, Eyes opened wide. Putting up a front, So no one can peek inside.
Say the colors and not the word, Dont lie to my face! Noboby ever could. With heavy bags on my back, Going in so many directions on a one way track.
Maybe tomorrow I'll feel more like me, Calm, collect, heck I'll be free. I am now in wonder about this era. The concept baffles me, Is it a game; Is it a race...however, I'd like to be the first to push aside the mask, And become my regular face.
