why do we treat one another the way we do
why do we do the things we do to hurt our loved ones
is it the way it's meant to be or just the instinct of life
i've done wrong and hurt all of my friends
friends that i promised to hold onto till the end
i promised them that i will keep them in my heart
but i have turned my back and torn them apart
i became two faces and broke their hearts
now here i am all alone and being apart
sitting alone with my empty thoughts
thinking of an excuse to blame my actions on
but come to realize i am the one to blame..
i have left them with wounds so deep
days after days they still weep
for their hearts can't find relief
to my wrongs that i did
i sit down and straighten up my face
acting like there is no mistake
to take the blame for
but deep down in my heart i know what i have done
the time has passed..has come has gone
i wish i could go back and undo what i've done..
