The essence of love, lingers
long after the blossom has faded
The scent of you, fills my mind
I find myself, looking into a crowd
hoping, your face I'll see
I call out your name
Hoping, your voice I'll hear
Melancholy ,overwhelms my heart
when I think of you
and what we once had
Gone,but not forgotten
are you
I hope in your heart
you feel the same way too
The stillness-
broken only by a soul sigh
then I realize,alone am I
None can know
how a love story will end
for its pages are written
one day at a time
