In and out
You balance everything
Pride and doubt
And all that they bring

Down and up
You cover it all
Crown and cup
The rise and the fall

Back and forth
A hand that masters
South and North
All feigned disasters

High and low
And all lines between
Fast and slow
The daft and the keen

Here and there
Where ever you roam
Single and pair
Rest in broken home

Grasp and loose
It's not all your say
Wind and noose
This may be your day
