MeterMeter
Meter, meter, so hard to rhyme
I feel Im wasting precious time
My poetry dont seem to flow
If I meterthe rhyme wont go
So hard to study poetry
To do it right for all to see
And make it flow smooth like a verse
I swear my writings getting worse
If I try to be the student
Writings are just not quite prudent
I think Im gonna just do rhyme
Save meter for another time
My poetry has been quite fun
Not counting on each line and run
So my poems though not correct
Have been the thoughts that I collect
Whew, this was really hard to do
Counting meter while rhyming too
Instead of my usual rhyme
I wrote with meter this one time

Hey Sherry, this was great!! But my thoery is..if it feels good, DO IT!!! So don't bother yourself too much with meter etc.. lol..

To be honest, I am not sure what Meter is, other then in metric terms, but for poetry, well..... like Jenni said...... I belive what you feel is what you write. I am not a writer, more so my time of healing is in the writes, so for now, as it may be, I will write as it may only be temporary!!
Good write and thanks for the nice comments on my write as well.
