Nothing lasts forever,
In this ever changing world,
Lovers fall together,
As their loyalty is burnt.
Nothing stays forever,
Happiness always fades,
Find waves of sadness seeping
Into your dreamy morning days.
Tears they leave in summer,
They prick again in May,
Even though you hope it'll last,
Love barely ever stays.
Fallen beings pierce the ground,
Reincarnated while you sleep,
Find your body sprawled,
Within the carnage of your creed.
Today our breaths run shorter still,
Lets cleanse ourselves for heaven,
Forget the smiles, the pain, the lies,
For nothing lasts forever.
