Its so cold here and the ground is so wet The only light in the world shows your silhouette You're so far away but I'll keep going Your outline is the only thing the light is showing Its all too confusing as the light shifts side to side I get closer and see you lit by a bunch of fireflies Flying from behind you and on your face their light spreads Up your neck and past your eyes they spin a circle around your head I saw you standing under a beautiful star I'll inch closer hoping that I will not scare the fireflies off Caressed your face and the ice on your lips The bright light from your halo melts away the coldness An embrace that turned a broken heart to one mended The fireflies disappear into the night and they took us with them

This is beautiful.....a couple of the stanzas in the middle need some work...but other then that another great write....
