Decimated dreams and feelings
Lost in the grand scheme of things
The words are forgotten
And the pain is forgiven
With the traces of oblivion
I'm throwing it all away
I'm giving it all up to fray
As a no one with no name
And feeling only shame
For giving up what I love most in life

I love the shortness in this poem Jennifer...Im just hoping what your talking about Is'nt Poetry....I really hope your not leaving....Because that is the thought I got from this......

I too hope that what you meant by this poem is poetry. If it is I will be very sad. You are an amazing poet so descriptive you really give your readers a visual. Please dont give up. I liked the poem shorter than usual but other than that I liked it.
