The day before I met you
I tried to take my life
I took every pill in sight
And cut my body with the knife..
I cried in my corner
Thinking it was the end
Then you came along
And gave me hope again..
You showed me what love was
And I thought we'd always last
Its hard saying its over
Saying thats the past..
I dont want to move on
I dont want to stop loving you
You dont know how much I need you
Nor all you've helped me through..
I miss how it used to be
Talking late at night
And how used to whisper my name
I hope you know you're still my life..
You said I can still run to you
You'll never cut me off
But it's hard trying not to love you
Its one thing I cant stop..
So I'll apologize this once
For everything I've done
And thank you for staying by my side
Please know you're my only one..
And maybe someday in the future
We can have what we once did
Cause I still want to be your princess
I still want to have your kids..
Last night when we were talking
And you told me that you missed me
My heart kinda skipped a beat
And I just wished that you would kiss me..
I dont know what you feel now
But she seems to make you happy
But Im not sorry for still loving you
Life without you would be so crappy..
So promise me just this one thing
That you'll never leave my side
Even if you're only there as a friend
You'll never leave my life..
I dont think I could make it
If you were ever to go away
I'd cry every tear I hold inside
And then beg you to stay..
So know that I'll always love you
And know that I'll always care
Tu eres mi vida, mi amor
Just know I'm always there..
