PURRING WHISPERS

I HAVE A FELINE FRIEND
PURRING WHISPERS IS HER NAME
SHE TENDS TO BE QUITE RUDE
BUT I LOVE HER ALL THE SAME

SHE BREAKS ALL MY CHINA
AND SCRAPES ALL MY CHAIRS
AND WHEN I GO TO HAVE A REST
MY BED IS LAYED WITH HAIRS

SHE SLEEPS IN MY LAUNDRY
PUTS PAW PRINTS ON THE FLOOR
AND WHEN I GIVE HER DINNER
SHE THINKS SHES GETTING MORE

PURRING WHISPERS IS A HANDFUL
BUT I DONT HOLD HER TO BLAME
SHE DOES WHAT ALL CATS DO
AND I LOVE HER ALL THE SAME
