A constant rain of flowing blood
Dreaming of my Tourniquet
If only you had been there then
To understand my heartache
Flowing streams of memories,
Flooded lands of Sorrow
Only me and only you
Standing in tomorrow
Praying life away with every breath we take
Only the selective minds
Can understand the used
Take me in your arms so cold
Running stains of blood
Never cleansing what can not be cleaned
For what I know I can
Clinging blindly to my love
As we learn of what we've lost
Among the dead we wither slowly
dreaming for the dead
Life is much a challenge
Terribly hard to face
Awakening my memories,
soon to find my place
searching for a Tourniquet, unable to continue
If only I had one last wish
I wish for one last heartbreak
a mind so shattered from the lost
a soul thats torn in two.
And only now I realize
for all of this and you
I stand within a darkened room
glowing with your blood
We'll stand toghether withering
Soon to meet the Dead
I'll hold you on this journey
Never letting go
Even as the restless souls apply and take their tolls
Forever shall we linger
Cold and shivering
We're standing here forever
softly listening
Walking through my death
Holding close to you
I walk with my last friend
And rise to fall again.

whoa, talk about emotion, interesting poem, i enjoyed readin it (though that doesnt sound too good considering the pain you must have been goin through at the time) ..
