Pretentious Beauty
Enticed by the aura's singeless flames
Flaring in the saddened blue emptiness
That withstands the dispirited acidic rain
Frozen by consequential heartlessness
Allurement's induced ascension
Shattering the tearless affection
Provoked by vehement seduction
That slowly burns the reflection
The sunset's burned perfectly into the night sky
Covering the aura borealis's facade of beauty
That's transfixed in time because it slowly dies
Remaining what once was and never will be
The blood that bonds all life
Is diluted with water's spite
As everything beautiful dies
In burnt numerals of time
It's death to everything beautiful
Because it never was meaningful
