Beautiful girl
So sweet so kind
Every day
Youre on my mind
Your father and I love you
As does your sister, Im sure
Into our hearts
You have opened your door
My heart fills with pride
When you work hard
When you hug me
Or make me a card
This year youll be nine
Youre growing up fast
Too soon the future
Will be the past
For now we must cherish
The time that we share
Look into my heart
Find my love for you there

What a lovely, sweet poem! I do hope you cherish this one for your daughter to read. She might not truly understand it at 9, it might embarrass her at 14, but she will cry over it when she is a young woman.
